New changes for a new year 2020

Now an another year had passed away.In this occasion we should have to look behind our early life, how much time we had wasted in the last year,how much sins we have committed last year and finally how much productive was our last year.A "NEW YEAR" won't be possible without this look back because it is only possible to find a solution only after analyzing the questions properly.
Before going to the topic i would like to remind you that motivation is not a thing that we can buy from a shop or supermarket instead it is a feeling that our mind itself develops.Motivation that our mind develops is only a permanent one all other motivations that we read from good books,articles etc are all temparory and they all fades with time.In this blog we will be discussing about the various methods by which we can makes our coming "NEW YEAR" a fruitful year and an year of change.
The different methods are being discussed below

1.Try to learn new skills:If you don't know how to swim,try to learn swimming,If you don't know how to drive a car try to learn it.

2.Try to learn new languages :Studying new languages will boost your confidence level. You can use Duolingo and similar apps for this purpose.

3.Set a goal and plan the way for achieving it:Setting goal and plan is a very important part of life
because no ships will reach the harbor unless other wise they have destiny and the map to reach the destiny.

4.Read at least one book per month:Reading books will gives you knowledge about how to handle situations wistfully and effectively.

5.Say no to masturbation and pornography:I am not going to say whether it is good or wrong instead I would tell you that they will catch your time and imagination.You won't be able to think creatively and you won't get any fresh ideas, so make try to overcome  masturbation  and pornography addictions until you overcomes it.

6.Do the things that you think that you are not able to do,It may be academical or non academical that doesn't matter the one thing that matter is that you should have to overcome your fear.By doing this,this should create an inner belief that you can do anything you wish and you are capable of doing anything.

7.Wake up early in the morning and do exercises.It will improves your immune system and body circulatory system throughout the day.Only healthy body along with healthy mindset can makes a good personality.

8.Do meditation everyday for at least 15 minutes before and after sleep,the period for meditation can be increased gradually .Meditation is very helpful in reducing stress,hypertension and ultimately very helpful in developing a healthy body and healthy mind.

9.Please don't waste time going behind the girls.some of you might don't agree with this point but the fact is that.No girl will love six pack over six BMW cars.Only your job, your salary ,your qualification will at last help you.You can love even after your marriage,which is more beautiful.Try to chase your dreams instead of chasing your girlfriend .

10.Never give up:For a child to walk he or she should have to fall several times then only it will learn to walk.If  Thomas Alva Edison had stopped his attempt in making  bulb after his failures we won't be able to sit under the light of bulb.It's his thousands of failures that makes the make the invention of bulb more special and exciting.So never ever give up until you reaches your destination.
